I like to write about video game production, particularly about understanding and building quality, but also about teams, culture, leadership, transparency, vision and strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve been lucky to have had a part in development of some watershed games in our industry, from Sega Genesis <em>Aladdin <\/em>(pioneering game animation techniques) to <em>Medal of Honor<\/em> and <em>Medal of Honor Airborne<\/em> (first combat FPS and first open objective FPS), <em>Strider <\/em>and <em>Killer Instinct<\/em> (two classic reboots and Gen8 launch titles from one studio), <em>New World<\/em> (Amazon\u2019s biggest success in games to date), and even more to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve also had the privilege of consulting on a broad range of efforts, from using games in organizational transformation and professional development, to diligence on 9-figure investments to leveraging the positive psychology of games to increase cancer survival rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019d love to hear from you.
